Under the motto “Getting Better Every Day with FASTEC,” 22 participants gained valuable insights into on-site production. It was clearly demonstrated how FASTEC supports Rügenwalder Mühle in achieving its production targets while creating transparency in production processes.
It was particularly impressive to experience the lean approach of the Rügenwalder Production System live and to see how FASTEC provides the necessary transparency on a daily basis for systematic loss identification.
After a joint lunch, the focus shifted to practical examples: optimization measures, insights gained, and experiences from ongoing operations were presented. An open exchange and the opportunity to address individual questions rounded off the day.
It is always particularly exciting to see how our solutions are used in a real production environment and the contribution they make to continuous improvement. The exchange between participants provides valuable impulses that go far beyond the individual use case.
