FASTEC Opts For Targeted Deployment of Foreign High Potentials

For several years now, the Gesellschaft für Projektierungs- und Dienstleistungsmanagement (gpdm) has been running the “MINT – Making your Career in Germany” project, which is funded by the Federal Employment Agency. The aim is to support highly qualified foreign students in their final steps towards graduation and in their job search.

FASTEC sees the employment of foreign specialists as an enrichment in many respects. For example, the company recently hired Arjya Shankar Mishra as a software developer, who had previously taken part in gpdm’s STEM project. His application was a perfect fit and he has now successfully closed the company’s need for qualified specialists.
