Julia Overkott: “What I appreciate most about working at FASTEC is the flat hierarchy, the fact that everyone is on first-name terms right from the start—whether it’s the boss or senior management—and that there is a very supportive atmosphere between all departments.”
What does your perfect working day at FASTEC look like?
Julia Overkott: “My perfect working day at FASTEC naturally starts at the coffee machine with a little small talk with my colleagues. Then I have nice conversations with our customers and find out about the current project status. Afterwards, I usually go to the Südring for lunch, where I can grab a bite to eat and do a bit of shopping.”
Is there a hobby that helps you balance work and leisure time?
Julia Overkott: “I love going to the gym in the evenings after work. I can really burn off energy there. Or I read a book – preferably a thriller by Sebastian Fitzek.”
