Unlocking the Full Potential of Production

Once again, the FASTEC Academy was a great success: our participants went home with plenty of new insights and fresh ideas. The hands-on training focused on how companies can unlock the full potential of FASTEC 4 PRO and seamlessly integrate the MES into their daily production processes – individually tailored to their specific requirements.
Gaining Full Transparency in Production with FASTEC 4 PRO

Participants created customized views and dashboards for different target groups, visualizing machine states, KPIs, and shift information.

 

They also learned how to create and use reports in FASTEC 4 PRO, interpret them effectively, work with drill-down functions, and confidently handle production-related KPIs.

 
Focus: Identifying and Leveraging the Right KPIs

After a social lunch break, the discussion centered on selecting and designing meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Together, participants explored which metrics truly provide valuable insights in their specific production environments and how these can be used strategically for optimization.

FASTedge SFT15

The 15-inch touch terminal is required for each machine. It has a universal RFID reader and two digital inputs for machine connection as standard.

FASTedge Box

Both the terminals and the machines are connected to the EdgeBox via LAN or WiFi. The cloud connection is made via your network or mobile communications. At least one EdgeBox is required. The system can later be moved to your own server.

User

Personal users are required to report the collected data. The number of employees involved in data acquisition in your production does not matter.
