What do you enjoy most about working at FASTEC?
Anne Gebhard: „I really enjoy the variety of graphic design tasks – from developing and implementing corporate design to creating software, print, and web media, all the way to conceptualizing large trade fair appearances like our FASTEC Forum. I also constantly learn new things about Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, especially when designing complex infographics and illustrations.“
Which team habits do you find particularly motivating or helpful?
Anne Gebhard: „I love our team brainstorming sessions – when we bring our ideas together and combine our different perspectives and experiences. I also really appreciate that we make an effort to give each other the space needed to focus and work through projects.“
How do you find new inspiration for your work?
Anne Gebhard: „I move through life with my eyes open and like to get inspired by designs we encounter every day – whether in the media or just while walking through the city. I’m particularly interested in information design, such as exhibition design and interior architectural concepts. In addition, I love reading – including topics related to perception psychology.“
