Identify Potential and Allocate Resources Based on Data
Maintal uses the machine and production data collection modules of FASTEC 4 PRO. Every day, users evaluate the data in the software, calculate the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), compare current values with the previous day, and send reports to various departments within the company.

Management can access real-time data in the software at any time and is always informed about progress. FASTEC 4 PRO supports the production team in implementing measures to improve production. It identifies disruptions and resolves the root cause at the line unit.
